We advise people to book as far in advance as possible, and as ticket sales rise, it is likely that providers will be start to become full.
VisitScotland.com has an excellent Accommodation Page, where you can search for providers with availability on your preferred dates, and once the results have loaded, choose your desired accommodation type, as well as from various filters e.g. 'Pet Friendly'. However, this only includes providers registered with VisitScotland, so please bear in mind that it does not include every single one.
Outer Hebrides Tourism have a similar accommodation page, here. Visitors have the option to search for those with availability in their desired location and can choose from various filters.
Information on accommodation can also found online on booking sites such as Booking.com and Airbnb.
Camping
Laxdale Holiday Park is closest, and is almost always the first to become full if there's any sort of large event taking place in Stornoway. Therefore, we always advise that booking is essential, just like with any other type of accommodation.
